I'm host of afternoons on BBC radio sussex & BBC radio Surrey (2-6pm mon-fri)
Previously I was at southern fm In sussex, radio mercury in Crawley and county sound in guildford
I also work as an event host and compere
I'm married with an 9 year old son and 2 grown-up daughters, plus a dog called Douglas.
we live in Brighton which is handy for trips to the beach or onto the South Downs.
